Box Jumps

  1. Stand with your back straight, knees bent, and your feet about shoulders width apart about two feet from the box.
  2. Bend down into a half squat position.
  3. Explode up pushing your feet through the floor and swinging your hands above your head.
  4. As you leave the ground, bring your knees up and land softly on the top of the box.
  5. Step down and repeat.
